My Next Gym Training Schedule
I don’t know whether anyone is going to be interested, but here is my latest gym training schedule.
- I’ll start with a 5 minute warm up on the cross trainer. This gets all the muscles going and warms up, and burns a few extra calories too.
- After that I’ll go onto the treadmill for around twenty minutes. I’ve got a good pair of shoes for this, the Asics Gel Nimbus 12, so that I don’t have to worry about getting an injury hopefully.
